Challenge:
Fantesca Estate & Winery, a luxury Napa Valley winery, approached us with the goal of building their digital acquisition channel to attract new consumers. While they had previously relied on traditional methods such as referrals and local initiatives, they had no established full-funnel approach to reach and convert new consumers through social channels. Despite their strong reputation, they had limited success with previous digital efforts. Our challenge was to create a strategy from scratch to scale their audience, drive direct sales for in-person experiences, and grow their DTC sales.
‍Goal:
The primary objective was to increase Fantesca’s digital presence, specifically through social channels, to attract and convert a broader audience while maintaining their high-end brand image. We aimed to build a sustainable digital acquisition funnel that would increase reservations for in-person wine experiences and scale their DTC wine sales.
‍Results & Solution:
We launched a Meta ad campaign focused on reaching new, qualified consumers and driving conversions. By building targeted campaigns, we successfully scaled their presence and engagement on social media. The campaign achieved a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 5.44X on the front-end with a conversion rate of 6.3%. Additionally, Fantesca’s online reservations increased by 120%, marking a significant growth in their digital and direct sales efforts.

The target CPA was set between $180–$200. We optimized the campaign to lower the CPA to $138, which is approximately 23% below the target range, further boosting the efficiency of the campaign.
